    • Personal Identifiers: Your name, address, email address, and telephone number.
    • Professional Background: Your resume/CV, cover letter, employment history, educational background, qualifications, skills, and references.
    • Voluntary Disclosures: As permitted by law, we may ask for voluntary information for equal opportunity monitoring. This information is not used in hiring decisions. Any information you submit must be true and complete. Submitting inaccurate or misleading information may lead to the rejection of your application or, if hired, disciplinary action, including termination of employment.

    • Professional references you provide.
    • Publicly available sources, such as your professional social media profiles (e.g., LinkedIn).
    • Third-party recruitment agencies or background check providers (with your consent where required).

    We collect technical data such as your IP address, browser type, and referring URLs. This information helps us manage and optimize our website and is not linked to your identity. Cookies are used to enhance functionality and can be managed in your browser settings.

    • Jira (Atlassian): We use Jira’s project management tools to create and track your application ticket. When you submit your application, your data (including your resume) is sent to the Jira API to manage our recruitment workflow. This data is processed by Atlassian in accordance with their privacy policy.
    • Other Service Providers: This may include vendors for employment verification and background checks.

  • Legal Authorities
    We may disclose your information if required by law or in response to valid requests by public authorities as per DPDP Section 14.

Your data may be transferred to, stored, and processed in countries other than India where our service providers have operations. The DPDP Act permits such cross-border data transfers to jurisdictions not specifically restricted by the Indian government.

5. Data Security

We implement strong security controls, including encryption and access management to safeguard your Personal Data. While we strive to protect your information, no internet transmission is completely secure.

6. Data Retention

We retain your Personal Data only for as long as is necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected and to comply with legal obligations.

  • Unsuccessful Applicant: Data will be retained for up to 2 years (with your consent) for future opportunities.
  • Hired Applicants: Data becomes part of your employee file, subject to internal data retention policies.

Data will be deleted or anonymized after the retention period, unless longer retention is required by law.
